Make the crust for these pies with just sourdough discard, all purpose flour, and butter!

Use 2 forks to mix together the all purpose flour and cold, cubed salted butter until you have coarse crumbs.
1. Mix together the flour & butter
Mix in the sourdough discard until just combined. Pat together the dough and place in the fridge to chill for 15 minutes.

3. Cut out the crust
Roll out the dough until about 1/8 inch thick and cut out circles about 2 - 3 inches wide.
Rill half of the circles with filling of your choice (I use kimchi, cheese, and peas!). Then, place the other half of the crusts on top. Press down with your fingers and crimp with a fork.
4. Fill & Seal
Bake for 25 - 30 minutes at 400F until golden brown and crispy! Let cool for a few minutes and enjoy warm
