These light and fluffy blueberry baked donuts are made with a special ingredient – sourdough discard!

Whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and ground cinnamon

Mix your dry ingredients

Mix together the egg and brown sugar. Then, add the milk, sourdough discard, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract and mix to combine

Mix your wet ingredients

Combine, fill, & bake!

Combine your wet and dry ingredients and fold in blueberries. Fill your donut tin and bake for 9 - 10 min at 350F
