Hi Sam, yes you can use this recipe to make rolls as well. I usually shaped into 60g balls and bake at 350F for ~20 minutes until golden brown

Hi Sarah, apologies for the very late reply to your comment! I’ve had some trouble getting notified on comments for the blog. Once you make this loaf, you can store it wrapped at room temperature, or you can freeze it and then reheat it in your oven to defrost. If you choose to freeze it, I recommend wrapping thoroughly to avoid freezer burn.
