Hi Heather, apologies for the delayed reply here! I’ve been having some issues getting notified on comments for my blog. In case it’s still helpful – all purpose flour could work for this recipe, but the dough will be stickier and harder to handle. The final rolls will also be a little flatter and less fluffy. If possible, I recommend bread flour, or all purpose flour with higher protein content (~12%)

Hey Mia! I store them at room temperature in a covered container and recommend heating up in the oven for a few minutes before eating. They keep well overnight, but I have not tried storing them beyond 1 day

Omg! They turned out amazing! Definitely I bit of a process due to the resting phases, but itβs sourdough! They turned out perfect though and super fluffy! They final ride before baking only took about 4 ish hours and they already doubled or more in size. I turned on my oven light aswell as put some warm water in a pan in the oven to let it rise and it went super quick! I also browned the butter I used for the filling and it turned out great! Thank you! Do you have any recommendations on how to store them? And how long they keep?
