Hojicha cheesecake brownies

These rich, fudgy brownies are  swirled with creamy hojicha-flavored cheesecake for a subtle roasted tea flavor.

Mix together room temperature cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and an egg yolk. Then add flour and hojicha powder.

In a small pot, melt together dark chocolate and butter. Add eggs, vanilla extract, salt, cocoa powder, and flour

Swirl it together

In a 9x9 baking tin, alternate cheesecake filling and batter. Use a butter knife to swirl and create a marbled pattern.

Bake at 350F for 30 - 35 minutes. Then let cool completely before slicing.
