How to make Mini Basque cheesecakes

No chill, no water bath cheesecakes with a crunchy Oreo crust

Let's make cute & easy mini cheesecakes!

The Oreo will become the easiest cheesecake crust ever and add a wonderful crunch!

1. Line a muffin tin and place 1 Oreo in each cup

Beat together room temperature cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy

2. Beat together cream cheese & sugar

3. Add eggs, cream, salt, vanilla, and flour

Add the eggs one at a time, then mix in cream, salt, and vanilla. Finally add in the flour.

Fill each muffin tin with batter, about 3/4 of the way full. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes at 400F until a deep golden brown on top.

4. Fill the muffin tins & bake!
