Hi my name is Hali! (pronounced “hel-ee,” like “hali-copter.”)

I’m a home baker at heart, teaching myself baking in my San Francisco kitchen. In 2024, I quit my 9-5 and  moved to Paris to further improve my skills at Ferrandi Paris, where I trained in French Patisserie.

I believe that anyone can make beautiful and delicious pastries and baked goods, regardless of where you’re at in your baking journey. I love crafting recipes and tips that are accessible, clear, and  help take your home baking to the next level!
