Hi my name is Hali! (pronounced “hel-ee,” like “hali-copter.”)
I live in San Francisco but I’m often on the road, whether for work or personal exploring! I’ve visited over 20 countries, including many months living in China, an archaeology dig in Mauritius, and a pilgrimage on the Camino de Santiago in Spain. I love bringing all the creative flavors and foods I encounter abroad back to my own kitchen and recipes.
